United Leasing & Finance Announces Promotions in Accounting and Operations
EVANSVILLE, Ind. — United Leasing & Finance, an equipment leasing and finance company based in Evansville, Indiana, is proud to announce the promotions of five employees. These promotions recognize the dedication and hard work of the individuals and their contributions to the growth and success of the company.
Emily Kendrick has been promoted to Controller from her previous position as Assistant Controller. She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and will lead projects focused on process improvements, automation, and other corporate quality initiatives. Kendrick earned her bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Southern Indiana (USI) before joining United’s accounting department in 2015.
Shanta Khatri has been promoted to Treasury/Accounting Supervisor from her prior role as a Senior Accountant. In her new role, she will be responsible for various treasury duties, including daily cash management, treasury service management, and overseeing the security and administration of all company bank accounts. Khatri graduated from USI with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and joined the United organization in 2013.
Whitley Everitt has been promoted to Senior Accountant. She previously held the position of Staff Accountant II. As Senior Accountant, Everitt will be responsible for managing financial statement preparations and presentations, developing automation for financial reporting, and more. She joined the United organization in 2017.
Heather Frederick has been promoted to Title and Registration Manager after previously serving as the Senior Title and Registration Administrator. She will be responsible for overseeing the tracking and management of title and registration documents for the company's entire vehicle portfolio, including maintaining electronic records and physical files. Frederick joined the United organization in 2005, starting as a Title Administrator.
Cindy Williamson has been promoted to Sales Administration Manager. She will be responsible for managing the sales administration team and play a vital role in supporting the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the sales department. Williamson graduated from USI with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and joined United Leasing & Finance as a Sales Administrator in 2022.
