Jenny Jarose brings more than 16 years’ experience to her role at LTi Technology Solutions, where she serves as their Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration. At LTi, Jenny and her team are responsible for the full employee life-cycle from recruitment to retirement and every step along the way.
In Jenny’s 8 years at LTi, she has overseen the doubling of the employee base all while working towards changing an administratively focused Human Resources function to an employee focused strategic business partner. Creative upgrades and impactful process improvements within the department over her tenure have turned LTi’s HR department into a strength where it was previously lacking.
