Tamarack Consulting Adds Five New Positions to Better Serve Rapidly Growing Client List

Minneapolis, Minn. (January 16, 2018) – Tamarack Consulting, a leader in providing independent software solutions in the equipment finance and commercial lending industry, has filled five new positions adding more than 80 combined years of experience to its team.

With three decades of experience, Darren Tauer joins Tamarack as a senior consultant. Tauer, a portfolio management systems expert and seasoned back office solution architect, has previously held positions at International Decision Systems (IDS), Farm Credit Leasing and TCF Equipment Finance.

Chad Carlson joins the Tamarack team as professional services manager, where he will put his more than 12 years of experience to work overseeing Tamarack’s growing professional services team. Carlson held past positions at Meritain Health as a development/team lead and, prior to that, IDS where he worked directly with lenders and lessors supporting their loan/lease portfolio management system, InfoLease.

Bringing more than 10 years of experience to Tamarack, Jeff Heidman has been working in the lending and leasing industry with an in-depth focus on loan and lease origination. Prior to joining Tamarack as solution architect, Heidman previously served in similar positions at Linedata Captialstream and M&T Bank.

With past positions at IDS, Bank of the West, and GenPact, Christy Kusilek brings more than 10 years of leasing and lending origination expertise to Tamarack in her new position as solution architect. Kusilek will be instrumental in helping as Tamarack continues to roll-out its Salesforce.com Loan/Lease Accelerator.

A financial industry veteran since 1997, Thomas Claeson has spent more than seven years working with the Salesforce.com platform while at Cargill and Magnet 360. As solution architect at Tamarack he will utilize his past experience with Salesforce.com and financial systems to develop technical solutions for Tamarack’s clients.
