GARDEN CITY, NY; April 2, 2018 — The law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff with offices on Long Island and in New York City has announced that Christine H. Price and Michael J. Schwab have joined the firm. Ms. Price has joined the firm as an associate in its Commercial Lending and Real Estate practice groups and Mr. Schwab has joined the firm as counsel in its Intellectual Property practice group. Ms. Price resides in the firm's Garden City office and Mr. Schwab resides in the firm's New York City office.

Christine Price concentrates her practice in all aspects of complex commercial lending and real estate matters. She has represented numerous lending institutions in the closing of all forms of commercial loan transactions including mortgage loans, revolving and asset based credit facilities and term loans. Ms. Price earned her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in the commercial lending group of a prominent New York law firm.

Michael Schwab has extensive experience in handling all facets of intellectual property and licensing matters. He focuses on trademark and copyright counseling for his clients. Mr. Schwab also brings a concentration in litigation and counseling on regulatory and other issues in the beverage alcohol, dietary supplement and food industries. His practice is diversified and includes all aspects of a domestic and international trademark practice, including advising, searching the availability of marks, filing and prosecuting trademark applications, handling contested oppositions, cancellations and litigations, managing worldwide trademark portfolios, enforcing trademark rights, including gray market goods, anti-counterfeiting, and monitoring and preventing infringing third party trademarks, internet and related domain name use and advertising compliance. Mr. Schwab earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schwab was a partner at Abelman Frayne & Schwab, located in New York City.
