Don Cosenza, CLFP, is North Mill’s Chief Marketing Officer. He’s responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts with a primary focus on devising and implementing North Mill’s promotion and third-party distribution strategy. Leveraging his more than 25+ years as a marketing leader, Don manages all branding, social media, business development, broker and customer relations, and product marketing initiatives for the company.
Prior to joining North Mill, Don was a Vice President of Marketing for UnitedHealthcare where helped build the company’s sales pipeline in the Northeast region of the country. He also worked for GE Capital as an E-commerce Leader where he automated manual processes. Don earned his MA in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a BA in Communications from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. He resides in Cheshire with his wife and two children.
