DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION AND UNCONSCIOUS BIAS - AWARENESS AND SOLUTIONS
AchieveNEXT will begin at the enterprise level by exploring what Diverity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) means and why it is so important to enterprise success. They will discuss how DEI drives innovation, competitive advantage, and better enterprise financial performance, including a high-level discussion of the strategic alignment of employee experience (EX) with customer/client experience (CX).
AcieveNEXT will then focus on the greatest impediment to an inclusive culture by examining unconscious bias at the individual level. Explore why we have unconscious biases, and how bias can impact our ability to have effective interactions, with a focus on impact vs. intent.
After participating in this session, attendees will:
Each participant will receive a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Glossary and a link to complete the Harvard Implicit Bias Test prior to the session. AchieveNEXT will also make available during the session a link to complete their proprietary enterprise data tool, the Cultural Impact Quotient (CIQ) assessment, so participants can determine where their enterprise falls on a DEI maturity model.
