Member: $1400.00

Non-Member: $2100.00

*Table top exhibit space(s) are available on a first-come, first-serve basis upon payment received.

H) Company name listed in conference promotional materials


Exhibit Hours:

NEFA has scheduled several special events in the exhibit hall (coffee breaks, continental breakfasts and the opening networking reception) 
to promote high traffice to the exhibit hall aside from exclusively dedicated exhibit time.

Exhibitor Setup and Teardown:

Setup: 3:00 - 6:00 am September 13, 2012

Teardown: 3:00 - 5:00 pm

Electrical and Internet Needs:

All internet and power needs will be at the exhibitor's expense and will need to contact the NEFA office by August 31, 2012. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of exhibitor table top space will need to be done in writing and sent in no later than July 2, 2012. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
